2. Yamato Cars is not responsible for any delay in shipping the unit purchased/ordered. But we always help you to sort out any problem if it is under our control.

Customers are solely responsible for all of the terms and conditions of the transactions conducted on, through or as a result of use of the Site, including, without limitation, terms regarding payment, returns, warranty, shipping, insurance, fees, taxes, title, licenses, fines, permits, handling, transportation and storage.

Under no circumstances shall Yamato Cars be held liable for a delay or failure or disruption of the content or services delivered resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, Internet failures, computer, telecommunications or any other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, flood, storms, explosions, Acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals or non-performance of third parties
5. Yamato Cars reserved the rights of canceling any fraud/incomplete order without any prior intimation in written or verbal.
6. Under no circumstances Yamato Cars is not liable for any refund against any purchase made except warranty expressly stated herein.

1. Yamato Cars operates with US Dollars (USD). Any transfer of funds from other currencies will be exchanged to USD
2. Foreign exchange may vary depending on the financial entity used by the buyer or importer. Yamato Cars has no liability in case on any amount become less than expected.
1. In order to place a bid or purchase a vehicle from auction stock or wholesale a deposit will be required. The deposit amount will depend on the value of the vehicle and it will be advised by the client's account manager.
2. Yamato Cars has the right to dont place a bid if the said deposit is unsufficient.
3. The deposit can be refunded at any time; however any transfer or handless fees applicable will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed
4. The buyer or importer must cover all the transfer or handling fees applicable when remitting the funds.
1. None screen shot, receipt or virtual evidence of payment will be accepted for a deposit or as a payment. The funds must be fully received in Yamato Cars bank account.
2. Any pending balance from a purchase must be fully paid within 72 hours since the balance invoice was generated and sent to the buyer or importer.
3. Late payment will incur in a penalty of 5% of the value of the vehicle.
4. Any payment done by a method which is not used by Yamato Cars will not recognised.
5. Late payment will create additional fees for some documents, storage fees, etc. Yamato Cars will charge any applicable fees or charges to the buyer or importer
1. Any vehicle will be booked with the shipping liner upon the balance or any applicable fee have been paid in full.
2. In order to confirm the said booking, all documents required by the Japanese customs must also be available.
3. If the vehicle breaks down or fails to be loaded onto the vessel or container, the buyer or importer must be responsible for any additional costs that it will apply, such as: remove the vehicle from the port's penalty fee, additional logistic fees, repair fees, port storage fees, etc
4. Yamato Cars is no responsible of any third party involved in the process in case of typo errors, documents loss, damages, etc
5. Yamato Cars is no responsible in case of any shipping liner delay, postpone, cancel or divert any vessel.
6. Yamato Cars has no liability in case of total loss, damages, theft, etc if the vehicle was handled by a third party during the embarkation and shipment process in Japan, on board or at the arrival port.
7. Vehicles purchased can remain at the port's yard for a period of 30 days (including weekends and public holidays) within the payment is made to Yamato Cars. Yamato Car has no liability in case of embarkation delays, postponements, cancellations, etc; due to from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, Internet failures, computer, telecommunications or any other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, flood, storms, explosions, Acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals or non-performance of third parties, inflation, increase of fuel, etc; the client or importer must cover additional port charges for storage, port's penalties in the case of transporting the vehicle to a different port, logistic costs,local taxes and fees and other possible charges that may apply.
1. All the information provided by the buyer or importer for the consignee, notify party and courier must be accurate. In the case of mistakes or typo errors, the buyer or import is liable for any amendment fee (if applicable) charge by any thrid party involved in the process.
2. Yamato Cars is no liable, if the documents were dispatched and the buyer or importer change suddenly the destination.
3. Yamato Cars is no liable for any loss, theft or damage of the documents upon it was dispatched to the courier company.
1. Yamato Cars is not responsible for the condition of any vehicle.
2. Yamato Cars only provides the translation of the inspection sheet submitted by the auction house or seller.
3. The buyer or importer is responsible for any possible malfunction, breakdown or additional issues that were not mentioned in the report and that can occur upon purchase.
4. The buyer or importer is fully responsible, if decides to purchase or bid for a vehicle that was not recommended by the account manager based on the translation, location, condition, or any other important factor that needs to be considered.
1. Any cancellation made by the buyer or importer for a purchased vehicle will incur in a cancellation fee of USD 1,000 or 30% of the total cost, whichever is higher
1. Yamato Cars is not responsible for any changes on the import regulations upon purchase, during the shipment or at arrival.
2. Vehicles found in Japan are shown only with the registration year and month. The buyer or importer must make sure that the vehicle is entitled for imports in case the manufacturing year and month are required.
3. Yamato Cars is no responsible if the vehicle fails to pass any import regulation established by the customs authority locally.
